Sorting Laundry: Lights vs. Darks or Tops vs. Bottoms

Sorting and washing laundry can be a tedious task, but it has to be done! Why not start your little one out early with learning the basics? Introduce your child to the art of doing laundry the right way with this activity! Help them sort the laundry pieces given into different groups!
 
This is a great introductory tool to discuss the importance of separating laundry and what might happen if it's not done correctly (have you ever washed something red with something white?)! Once your child masters these basics, they can move onto more classifications!
